• Preliminary Design Concepts and Budgeting: We'll combine your and our remodeling ideas in our state-of-the-art 3d CAD software, and present several versions to you at our office. You'll see multiple versions of your remodel in beautiful, realistic 3D renderings. We'll choose your favorite version or combine versions, making edits in real time, and discussing price ranges so that we can arrive at the ideal preliminary plan for your home remodel or addition.
• Design Agreement and Comprehensive Project Evaluation: We'll finalize your design and layout, partner you with our in-house Interior Designers to select your specific materials and fixtures, and do the investigative work necessary to arrive at a detailed, reliable Scope of Work and cost analysis.
• Proposal: We'll present your design, Scope of Work, pricing, and selections in a formal written proposal. You'll see the contract documents, plans, renderings, selections, and formal proposals on our online app, providing you with the transparency and detail you need to make the best decisions.
• Construction: Our expert construction managers, suppliers, and subcontractors will work together to accomplish exactly what we've designed and planned for to make your dreams a reality. We combine decades of experience with unparalleled organization to deliver your remodel or addition on time and within budget.
