Owner, Mike Hill
I was born and raised in northern Meridian, back when it was mostly corn and wheat fields. The farmlands I played and worked in as a boy are now covered by subdivisions and homes, many built by me (with mixed emotions!). I truly love Idaho.
I worked summer construction jobs as a teenager, then majored in Construction in college. I finished my Bachelor’s in Construction Management in ’98 and worked for various residential and commercial construction companies in Texas for a few years. The first chance I got, I came back home to Idaho to work as a superintendent for a custom- and production-home builder. I "built" dozens of fine homes and honed my project management and customer service skills.
In 2005 I founded Clear Creek Homes LLC, building and remodeling homes in the Treasure Valley. Running my own business changed me in many ways, but above all, I developed an obsession with customer service and satisfaction. Building is no fun with unhappy customers (I learned that the hard way in my early years). On the flip-side, there are few things I value more than happy customers, so I made customer satisfaction my top priority.
After a five-year sabbatical, of sorts, with the Idaho Army National Guard I re-branded as CCH Design | Remodel in 2013, focused exclusively on remodeling.
I take great pleasure in watching customers’ eyes light up when we get the layout just right during a design session, or catching them admiring their new cabinets or granite countertop. But the real payoff is seeing my customers around town, who smile and treat me like an old friend, and tell me they still love the work we did for them.

Mike Hill

After earning a Construction Management degree and building homes in Texas and back home here in Idaho, I founded Clear Creek Homes LLC in 2005. I built and remodeled homes for a few years, then served five years with the Idaho Army National Guard. I re-branded as CCH Design | Remodel in 2013, focused exclusively on remodeling. I learned some hard lessons in the early years, but I developed an obsession with customer service and satisfaction, and now we're pretty good at it! You know how I know? I see former customers around town who hug me and tell me "We still LOVE our kitchen!"
Scott
I’ve been in the construction industry for over 25 years, with the last 17 years spent in project management. The relationships I have made along the way are the most valuable rewards. My love for the industry drives me to excel when challenges arise. I joined CCH because of the family feel and attention to the customer. Prior to CCH, I have had the pleasure of working on several unique and challenging projects over the years including large scale commercial projects, multi-family developments and numerous single-family additions and remodels. I moved to Boise in 1991 and, although I’m not a native, I'm proud to call Boise home!
Andrew
I moved to Nampa with my wife and two daughters in 2017, and haven't looked back. With a background in graphic and product design, project management and finish carpentry, I'm pretty good at analyzing a concept and diving into the details that can make or break a successful remodeling project, and strive to equip our production team with everything they need to stay on schedule and under budget. When I'm not working, I enjoy reading, playing the piano and spending time with my family.
Leanne
I have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, with NCIDQ Certification, as well as a background in Graphic Design, Website Design, and Marketing. Interior Design is my true passion. I love the challenge of putting the pieces together to make a beautiful, comfortable, and functional space. Listening to what a client needs, and then helping to bring that vision to life is very fulfilling. When I'm not designing, I love traveling the world, camping with my dogs, and hunting for furniture pieces to refinish. I love everything about Idaho (especially the people), and I am proud to call Boise my forever home.
Brandon
I was born and raised in Spokane Washington, and moved to Meridian in 2021 for my wife to continue her journey as a Registered Nurse. I have been in the construction and general contracting industry for 11 years. I enjoy being creative and problem solving while producing the best quality work for clients who become friends along the way. Recently I was able to build a custom log home from the ground up, which was a great learning experience for me. I was drawn to CCH for their values and how they align with my own; integrity and craftsmanship being at the forefront. I am eager to continue to learn and grow with the team while meeting each and every one of our new and potential clients!

Born and raised in California, nothing has ever felt like "home" until my family and I moved to Boise, Idaho. Residing in the foothills of Boise, I enjoy being with family, gardening, decorating, and tending to my chickens, but my passion and purpose is helping others turning their house into a “home.”
I have an extensive background in Customer Service and Sales Management and have owned and operated my own business within the interior design and remodeling industry.

Mike and his team at CCH Design did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen and adjoining seating area in the Spring of 2019. They brought our 1970s though 90’s space into this century. From the first day we met Mike he was very professional, friendly and helpful. He sat down with us, discussed our likes and dislikes and then came up with an impressive new kitchen design.
His team assigned to the project was just as helpful. They arrived and keep the space extremely clean during the remodel. They provide excellent advice and held our hands, as we requested, regarding recommendations on fixtures, counter tops, colors, etc… Without his team, we never would have been able to end up with such an amazing kitchen.
The remodel was done within a few months, on time and exceeding our expectations. When any issues or concerns came up, Mike promptly addressed and kept the project moving forward.

A less-stressful experience: Remodeling is...really difficult to live through, no matter what.
